We’re looking for someone who:

• Mastery of Photoshop/Illustrator and can rapidly create design iterations
• Has a strong understand of semantics, web standards and micro formats
• Can hand code polished mockups in working front-end prototypes with HTML/CSS and sometimes JS
• Has a strong understanding of grid systems, composition, website layouts, color theory, typography and an obsessive attention to detail
• Can create and work with CSS Sprites
• Is a forward thinker and has a disgustingly large hunger to learn new technologies
• Has an artistic eye, can run with design examples and knows all the web design best practices
• Can communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing
• Is a team player and at times be a self-starter or “manager of one”
